As a teenager, Ian "Lemmy" Kilmister was there furiously taking notes during early Beatles shows at Liverpool's Cavern Club. A few years later, Lemmy was hauling around equipment as a roadie for Jimi Hendrix. Fast forward some 40 years and his dedication and love for rock & roll is undiminished. This past weekend saw Lemmy and his band Motorhead mark their 35th anniversary with a contagious and ear-splitting celebration of his beloved vocation before a sold-out crowd at the Congress Theater.
