The Kenny Wayne Shepard Band dazzled another sold-out crowd of Loyal Loopers at the new venue Viper Alley in Lincolnshire this past Friday night with their stunning and highly respected chops. Earlier in the day, Kenny and vocalist Noah Hunt stopped by my show to play live and share a few laughs.

On Saturday and Sunday night, Foreigner played two private concerts for Loyal Loopers at the Arcada Theatre in St. Charles. Both performances were filmed for use on an upcoming PBS series "Public Television Rocks!" to be shown this summer.

The rock community sadly suffered the loss of another great performer this past week. Original Alice In Chains bassist Mike Starr passed away at the criminally young age of only 44.
